Born and educated in Beirut, Lebanon, Araxy started her career as a school teacher. Currently, Araxy is the multi-skilled Administrator of Burlington Dental Studio Inc., which she owns and operates with Trevor Laingchild RDT.

Having completed her formal Dental Assisting training in Beirut, Araxy travelled to Saudi Arabia to work as a Dental Assistant and Translator for an American hospital in Jeddah.

After working in England in private practice for an Endodontist, she lived in Norway. On moving to Canada in 1987, Araxy was instrumental in helping Trevor set up Burlington Dental Studio. Today, she manages all administrative duties and functions for this busy cosmetic dental laboratory.
